Introducing Shellie Kiesslinger
Shellie, also known as The Boat Yogi is a fully qualified 200 Hour Yoga Alliance instructor and Yoga Alliance Professional Children's instructor.
Her studio, The Nook, opened its doors for the first time on the 16th of August 2020 in Tewkesbury. The Nook offers a small space for like-minded people to join a class together to concentrate on alignment and flow. It's small, cosy and fully equipped for 6 students with a schedule of various yoga classes throughout the week to suit everyone’s timetable.
With her aspiration to reach and support more yogis, Michelle has become our resident yoga instructor and will be teaching regular Friday morning classes at 07:30am as well as occasional evening workshops and weekend retreats. Keep an eye on our social media and website for upcoming sessions.
