Llanthropology

Arts and Activites to inspire Gloucester

What is the Llanthropology project?

The Llanthropology project will be delivering community activities at Llanthony Secunda Priory, all supported by funding from Historic England. These activities are created in partnership with local people, and are specifically aimed at inspiring local audiences.

The Llanthropology experiences will include sport and activity classes, as well as art displays and a light festival. The wide range of activities will offer opportunities for all ages, abilities, interests and different backgrounds. Llanthony Secunda’s spacious grounds and historic structures will provide a great setting to create these rewarding experiences.

And these experiences will be free for anyone joining in, provided you booked your place or ticket in advance!

Llanthropology is all about bringing people together in an inspiring environment, and promoting wellbeing for all. Of course we will be adhering to Covid-19 regulations to keep everyone safe, including social distancing and pre-booked ticketing.

The Llanthropology activities have now started; find out more on the Llanthropology Activities webpage
