Llanthropology

Arts and Activites to inspire Gloucester

What is the Llanthropology project?

The Llanthropology project delivers community activities at Llanthony Secunda Priory, all supported by funding from Historic England. The activities are created in partnership with local people, and are focused on bringing people together in an inspiring environment, promoting health and wellbeing for all.

The Llanthropology experiences include sport and activity classes as well as art displays and a Family Trail.

The wide range of activities will offer opportunities for all ages, abilities, interests and different backgrounds. Llanthony Secunda’s spacious grounds and historic structures provides a great setting for these rewarding experiences.

And the experiences are free for anyone joining in, provided you booked your place or ticket in advance!

Of course we will be adhering to Covid-19 regulations to keep everyone safe, including social distancing and pre-booked ticketing.

Find out more about the individual Llanthropology activities and events, and how to book free tickets, on our Events webpage.
