Join our resident yogi Shellie Kiesslinger from The Nook for an evening of restorative yoga wrapped in candlelight and bathed in a live Sound Bath.
You'll be guided through a sequence of deeply restful postures and breathwork, leaving you peaceful and relaxed. At the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to talk with Shellie about the transformative benefits of adding yoga to your life whilst socialising with fellow yogis.
This session is suitable for all levels, from complete novices to those with yoga experience. If you are pregnant or have any injuries, please speak with Michelle before the workshop begins.

Shellie, also known as The Boat Yogi is a fully qualified 200 Hour Yoga Alliance instructor and Yoga Alliance Professional Children's instructor.
Her studio, The Nook, opened its doors for the first time on the 16th of August 2020 in Tewkesbury. The Nook offers a small space for like-minded people to join a class together to concentrate on alignment and flow. It's small, cosy and fully equipped for 6 students with a schedule of various yoga classes throughout the week to suit everyone’s timetable.
With her aspiration to reach and support more yogis, Michelle has become our resident yoga instructor and will be teaching regular Friday morning classes at 07:30am as well as occasional evening workshops and weekend retreats. Keep an eye on our social media and website for upcoming sessions.
