The Llanthony Secunda Priory Trust is searching for a personable, enthusiastic, and organised administrator looking to make a difference in this role as we start to rebuild and develop.
Following a recent restoration project, Llanthony Secunda Priory has now begun to develop its operations, as part of which we have just acquired a civil ceremony license. We are looking for a business-minded administrator with experience in running events and functions to help develop our weddings and venue-hire offer.
The Marketing and Functions Administrator will also support the Heritage Manager and newly appointed Development Coordinator with the promotion and day-to-day running of this special heritage site in Gloucester City Centre.
This position is for a contract of between 6-12 months, with a preferred start date of 3rd November 2021. Evening and weekend work is often required to facilitate events and weddings. Salary is £21,450 full-time (£12, 870) pro rata, equivalent to £11.00 p/h.
22.5 hours a week (working pattern to be agreed, but to include Fridays).
