The Llanthropology project is introducing Dance Fitness classes at Llanthony Secunda Priory!
Dance Fitness is a great combination of dance and aerobics. Enjoy great tunes as you burn the calories, with support from dance fitness instructor Cath.
These classes are free to join, and are suitable for anyone 16 and older. Whether you're new to dance fitness or whether you are a seasoned 'dancerciser', everybody is welcome.
The dance fitness classes take place every fortnight on a Friday morning in the Brick Range at Llanthony Secunda Priory. Doors are open from 10.15am, with the class starting at 10.30am, finishing around 11.30am. The first class is on Friday 16th October.
Classes do need to be booked in advance, and spaces are limited. Book your free ticket on the EventBrite booking system.
The classes are managed in full compliance of the Covid-19 regulations, with special hygiene measures in place. Numbers are limited, so booking is essential.
These classes are part of the Llanthropology project, which organises arts and activities to inspire Gloucester. The Llanthropology project and all of its activities are sponsored by Historic England.
